Introduction

There 3 types of geotextiles defined by its material and production technique: Staple fiber needled nonwoven geotextiles / Long silk spunbond needled nonwoven geotextiles / Filament woven geotextiles.
The available geotextile colors are white / darkgreen / grassgreen / black;
The size of the product defined by weight/m2 , width and length;
  1. Staple fiber needled nonwoven geotextiles
    • Product introduction: PP or PET fiber is not the main raw material, the use of non-woven process production, with isolation, filtration, waterproof, reinforcement, protection, maintenance and other functions.
    • Product specifications: 80g/m2-1500g/m2; Width 1-6 meters, length according to customer requirements.
    • Product features: good flexibility, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance; And has good permeability, filtration and isolation performance, convenient construction.
    • Application: widely used in water conservancy, hydropower, roads, railways, ports, airports, sports venues, tunnels, coastal beaches, reclamation, environmental protection and other engineering fields.

  2. Long silk spunbond needled nonwoven geotextiles
    • Product introduction: using PP or PET as raw material, using melting spinning, air flow into the net, acupuncture consolidation process production with three-dimensional pore geotextiles.
    • Product specifications: weight 100g/m2-800g/m2, width 4-6m
    • Features: high mechanical index, good creep performance, strong corrosion resistance, aging resistance, heat resistance, excellent hydraulic properties.
    • Application: it is mainly used for reinforcement, filtration, isolation and drainage of water conservancy and hydropower, environmental protection, highway, railway, dam, coastal beach, metallurgy and mining engineering.

  3. Filament woven geotextiles
    • Product introduction: high strength industrial synthetic fiber as raw material, through the weaving process of production.
    • Specifications: Axial nominal breaking strength (KN/m) :35, 50, 65, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 250, width within 6 meters.
    • Product features:
      High strength, small deformation, high comprehensive bearing capacity;
      Durability, not easy to deformation, decomposition, weathering, can keep its original line for a long time;>
      Corrosion resistance: acid resistance, alkali resistance, moth resistance, mold resistance;
      Water permeability: uniform pore structure, excellent water permeability.
    • Application: widely used in river, ocean, harbor, highway, railway, wharf, tunnel, bridge and other geotechnical engineering. It can meet the requirements of filtration, isolation, reinforcement and protection in various geotechnical engineering, and is a kind of high value products in geotechnical engineering.
